Four industrial facilities in Hudsonville, MI showcase a multi-phase development designed to provide flexible commercial space for a variety of businesses.
Located along Buttermilk Court in Hudsonville, MI, this multi-building development includes four industrial and commercial facilities constructed over several years. Beginning with the first building in 2021, the development continued to expand through 2024, creating flexible spaces that have been leased to a variety of businesses.
FALK partnered with Miedema Metal Building Systems throughout the development to supply insulated metal panels for the buildings. Across the four facilities, FALK HFW-40 and CSW insulated wall panels were used for exterior facades and interior demising walls, while one building also features FALK SSR-42 insulated roof panels. Exterior walls incorporate Merlin Grey, Goosewing Grey, and Anthracite, creating a coordinated industrial aesthetic across the development. Bright White was used for the insulated roof panels, with Dutch White featured on interior and partition walls.
Together, the four buildings demonstrate how insulated metal panels can support flexible, high-performance industrial spaces while maintaining a cohesive appearance as a development grows over time.
