DCW Casing’s new cold storage facility expansion was designed to support the company’s growing operational needs with a modern, temperature-controlled environment for storing and handling natural casing products.
FALK partnered with Refrigerated Structures of New England (RSNE) to supply insulated metal panels for the facility’s interior cold storage buildout. The project included approximately 55,000 square feet of FALK HFW-40 insulated metal wall panels in PE Igloo White, creating a durable and energy-efficient controlled environment designed to maintain strict temperature requirements while supporting long-term operational performance.
The use of FALK’s HFW-40 panel system provided the thermal efficiency, cleanability, and durability required for controlled environment applications. The finished space delivers a high-performance building envelope that helps protect temperature-sensitive products while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
