FALK Corrugated profiles are strong, corrugated steel sheets for walls and roofs. They combine durable construction with a distinctive, stylish appearance for a wide range of construction projects.
With FALK Corrugated profiles and sinusoidal profiles, you are choosing a tried and tested system. Corrugated profiles have been used on buildings for decades. The principle is simple. We pull a steel roll through a profiling roller, after which a flying shear cuts the sheet to size. This gives you a steel corrugated profile that can be used on walls or roofs. FALK has no fewer than three different profiles available with sinusoidal profiling. All profiles can be fitted with anti-condensation felt.
FALK steel corrugated profiles
Corrugated profiled sheets, also known as sinusoidal profiles, are popular for both roofs and walls. At FALK, we supply a wide range of steel corrugated profiles that can be used both horizontally and vertically (wall). The corrugated design creates a distinctive, industrial appearance that suits both modern and traditional buildings.
In addition to their aesthetic appeal, corrugated profiles also offer functional advantages. The sinusoidal shape provides extra stability and makes the sheets resistant to high wind loads, making them a versatile and reliable solution for a wide range of projects.
FALK has three types of corrugated profiles available: the FALK 1000/40 GL, the FALK 1000/20 GL and the FALK 988/18 GL. The profiles do not interlock, but can be combined within a single building if desired.
The tradition of corrugated profiles
A few decades ago, corrugated sheets were often made of fibre cement. This made the profile a cheap, light and durable roofing material for stables, barns and sheds. Nowadays, corrugated sheets are made of steel and have the same aesthetic properties. Thanks to the simple corrugated pattern and quick installation, the profile is still a cheap, light and durable material for roofs and façades.
Finishing and processing
Our corrugated profiles can be provided with the following options as desired:
Perforation: for better acoustics or an aesthetic accent.
Anti-condensation felt: prevents condensation and offers extra sound absorption, suitable for indoor applications and canopies.
Corrugated profile as insulated panel
Did you know that we also offer a corrugated profile as an insulated panel? This provides you with an insulated solution. Take a look at the FALK 1000 GL, available for roofs and walls.
