Innovation is no stranger to us. We develop foam technologies in our own laboratory and we have a technical department that independently continuously optimises our machinery. In addition, we are constantly pushing the boundaries through innovations such as FALK Reflective White, CradleCore and the FALKULATOR.
FALK Bouwsystemen is a manufacturer of insulated panels. Insulated panels are prefabricated building elements consisting of two steel sheets with a PIR insulation core in between. An insulated panel makes it possible to clad, protect and insulate building projects quickly – all in one product.
FALK insulated panels are a cost-effective, sustainable choice. With CradleCore®, FALK is the first manufacturer in the world to be able to process a PIR insulation core into a new insulation panel.
Our insulated panels are also the perfect solution for applications where aesthetics and design are key. We can produce FALK insulated panels in many different thicknesses, profiles, coatings and colours. We also offer a range of solutions – such as flashings and design profiles – that can be used to make your project just that little bit more special.

Roof panels FALK insulated roofing sheets are profiled insulated panels suitable for roofs with a pitch of 4 degrees or more – an ideal solution for roofing barns, houses, sheds, stables, industrial buildings and much, much more. FALK insulated roof panels are available in working widths of up to 1100mm and maximum lengths of up to 25 metres, so you can cover large roofs in a short amount of time.
Façade panels FALK façade panels are insulated panels that provide insulated cladding. They are the ideal solution for finishing your project, thanks to the wide range of profiles, coatings and colours available. FALK insulated wall panels are lightweight and equipped with a sophisticated locking system, making them easy, quick and safe to install.
Wall panels FALK insulated wall panels are an easy way to create a partition, inner wall or cold storage room. FALK wall panels are insulated panels that can be used to separate spaces in an insulated and fire-safe way.
In addition to insulated panels, we also supply all kinds of products to complete your project. Such as our light solutions – clear roofing panels and rooflights that perfectly match the profile of our insulated panels. By using these solutions, you retain all the installation and insulation benefits and can still enjoy the benefits of daylight in your building.
We also produce uninsulated profiled sheets, such as trapezoidal panels for applications where insulation is not a factor. We also supply design profiles that are perfect for adding that final aesthetic touch to your building. And, of course, we also have a wide range of accessories for completing your project, such as flashings, sealing materials, attachment elements, windows and doors, as well as SPAG and SPAN profiles.
