What are insulated panels?

Insulated panels are prefabricated building products or panels consisting of two steel sheets with a PIR insulation core between them. Insulated panels enable you to quickly construct a wind- and watertight building.

Insulated panels for roof

Insulated panels are the perfect product for easily creating an insulated roof. Thanks to their high insulation value and quick installation, insulated panels are the ideal roofing material. Insulated roof panels are available in various shapes.

Insulated panels for walls

As well as insulated panels for roofs, FALK also supplies an extensive range of insulated panels for walls. A wall can be easily clad with FALK’s insulated panels. With an RC value of up to 10.5, you can achieve the desired insulation level for every wall.

Insulated carrier panels

As well as forming a perfect building envelope, insulated panels also serve as excellent supports for accessories that can be fitted to them. When an insulated panel is used to support an accessory, we refer to it as a carrier panel.

Advantages of FALK insulated panels

FALK manages the production of insulated panels in-house. This means we work daily to produce affordable insulated panels that allow you to insulate your project whilst offering significant aesthetic benefits. As well as focusing on cost-effective insulated panels, FALK is constantly committed to sustainability. The finest example of this is the launch of the CradleCore® insulation core, which makes us the only manufacturer in the world working towards a significant reduction in environmental impact.

Accessories and finishing for steel insulated panels

To give a building a neat finish, a wide variety of accessories is available for insulated panels. Various windows and doors are available that fit perfectly with the insulated panel. Fitting strips are used to neatly finish the drip edges, roof caps and other edges. We also refer to these as ‘fittings formed from flat sheet metal’. A good example of this is the U-profile. Another example of accessories for our products is our daylight solutions. (Day)light contributes to the health of both people and animals. That is why we offer both insulated and non-insulated light panels and cassettes in the same shape as our panels. These fit seamlessly with the FALK range.
