What are FALK Profiles?

With FALK Profiles, you can give your building a high-quality finish. You install a load-bearing base, such as insulated panels, and then cover it with a design shell using FALK Profiles.

FALK Design profiles

FALK Design profiles are profiles that we manually shape from steel sheets. We can produce profiles in lengths of up to 10 metres. We offer standard design profiles in the types Cadence, Spike, Pyramid, Block and Planc. However, FALK Design profiles offer complete freedom to create your own design.

FALK Trapezoidal profiles

FALK Trapezoidal profiles are wall sheets with a traditional trapezoidal shape. They are rolled and available in various sizes. The profiles have a traditional look, but can also be used as a design feature with attractive coatings. Trapezoidal profiles can be installed on roofs and walls.

FALK Corrugated profiles

The FALK profiles with a corrugated pattern are rolled profiles. The steel roll is attached to a decoiler, after which the steel plate is pulled through a roller. The corrugated profiles are available in three different profiles: the FALK 1000/40, the FALK 1000/20 and the FALK 988/18. The profiles can be used on both roofs and walls.

FALK Shiplap profiles

FALK Shiplap profiles are plank profiles rolled from steel. They have the look of wooden planks, but are as maintenance-free as steel profiles. Shiplap profiles are available in two variants: the FALK Rabat 1000 and the FALK Rabat 500. Both plank widths look great with a wood grain or wood-look coating.

FALK Standing seam profiles

The FALK Standing seam profiles are rolled steel profiles with a standing seam connection. This gives you a sleek roof or an aesthetic wall, made from flat steel sheet. These profiles can be used to realise the most beautiful design projects.

FALK wall cladding sheets and the FALK carrier system

A corrugated steel sheet, especially those made from a single sheet, has no insulating properties. As such, sheets with a trapezoidal profile are often used in combination with FALK insulated panels: the insulated panel is first fixed to the rear construction, onto which the FALK profiles are attached. This system is also called the carrier system, which combines the advantages of both products and enhances the overall aesthetics of your building.

The FALK 1000 TR insulated wall carrier or the FALK 1100 TR3+ insulated wall carrier, for example, are a great way to improve the sustainability of your building. The crowns of the trapezoidal panels act as spacers for the original façade. This means that FALK corrugated sheets can be screwed directly onto the trapezoidal profile, eliminating the need for an omega profile.

The colour options for FALK Profiles

We can produce FALK profiles from FALK's existing colour stock. This means that both sandwich panels and profiles can be made in exactly the same colour. This offers a great deal of design freedom. View the colour options our website.

FALK Profiles. The finish.

FALK Profiles can be easily combined with our flashing solutions. As we manufacture our corrugated sheets in our own forming shop, we can also help you to put the finishing touches to your building. So be sure to order your flashing at the same time!
