Developed by Fusion Properties, Cleveland Storage Condos is a new development in Holland, Michigan, offering flexible, privately owned storage spaces near Lake Macatawa. FALK partnered with Miedema Metal Building Systems to supply insulated metal panels for the project. HFW-40 wall panels in PVDF Dove Grey and Charcoal on the exterior, both with PE Bright White interiors, create a durable, high-performance building envelope with a modern industrial appearance.
FALK CSW-44 wall panels, finished in Bright White on both sides, were also used for interior demising walls between units, providing thermal performance and separation between spaces.
The development features 11 storage condominium units. Each heated unit features 22 feet clearance height, a 14' x 18' overhead door, and front and rear service entrances. Designed for flexibility, the units can accommodate boats, campers, vehicles, and other recreational equipment, with plenty of room for customization. The combination of versatile spaces, commercial-grade construction, and FALK's insulated metal panels provides a durable, energy-efficient solution designed for year-round use.
