The new facility, leased to Arcadia Cold Storage, will help expedite distribution of refrigerated goods to the greater Midwest market, and features 42 dock doors and three separate freezer bays with temperature capabilities between -10 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The building contains approximately 45,000 pallet positions.
FALK was proud to partner with Panels Plus Incorporated and FCL Builders to supply FALK’s durable and sleek HFW-40 wall panels for this facility, both in 4” and 6” thicknesses to accommodate the temperature requirements. The HFW-40 panel features a hidden fastener, ideal for cold storage applications. The exterior is finished in Sherwin-Williams® Fluropon® 70% PVDF coating in Regal White, and the interior is finished with Sherwin-Williams® PE coating in Igloo White.
