Direct Electric, a commercial electrical contractor serving West Michigan, needed a new facility in Holland, Michigan to support its operations. Working with Miedema Metal Building Systems, FALK supplied insulated metal panels to create a durable, efficient building envelope with a clean, professional appearance.
FALK provided three-inch HFW-40 insulated wall panels featuring a box profile. The Pure Grey coating on the exterior gives the building a modern, understated finish, while PE Bright White on the interior creates a clean, bright environment for the Direct Electric team.
By combining insulation and interior and exterior steel skins into a single building component, FALK insulated metal panels helped streamline the building envelope while delivering the thermal performance and durability well suited for a commercial facility.
