To meet growing demand in the U.S. market, J-Star Motion Corporation, a global manufacturer of high-quality linear actuators and lifting columns used in furniture applications, expanded into a state-of-the-art manufacturing and warehouse facility in Cedar Springs, Michigan. In 2022, FALK partnered with Wolverine Building Group to construct the new 465,000 square feet facility, which now houses all J-Star’s U.S. manufacturing.
At the heart of the project is FALK’s Hidden Fixed Wall Panel (HFW), chosen for its clean aesthetic, exceptional durability, and optimal insulation. The sleek exterior is finished with Sherwin-Williams® Fluropon® 70% PVDF coating in Dove Grey accented with Charcoal trim, which delivers a modern look while standing up to the elements. Inside, the facility also includes multiple production and office rooms with demising walls also constructed out of HFW panels and finished in PVDF Dove Grey.
