The new Mapleview Agri facility in Teviotdale, Ontario, was developed to support the company’s expanding production needs and to provide a modern, highly efficient environment for manufacturing premium milk replacers for young livestock.
FALK partnered with Dakon Construction and Shear Metal Products to supply insulated metal wall panels for a new 34,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, supporting both the performance and aesthetic requirements of Mapleview Agri’s advanced agricultural manufacturing building.
The new facility features automated production systems, a modern warehouse, integrated internal laboratory, and dedicated office space. Specialized processing and automation equipment will significantly increase production capacity, enhance quality control, and improve overall operational efficiency. This strategic expansion enables Mapleview Agri to meet the growing demand for high-quality milk replacers for calves, lambs, and kid goats.
The exterior showcases FALK’s HFW wall panel in Sherwin Williams WeatherXL™ Silicone-Modified Polyester (SMP) Charcoal with a Bright White interior, paired with interior CSW wall panels in Bright White to deliver a clean, durable, and efficient building envelope designed for agricultural food-production standards.
This new facility combines advanced functionality with the long-term durability and energy efficiency of FALK’s insulated metal panel systems, ensuring Mapleview Agri can continue delivering nutritionally optimized solutions to farmers for years to come.
